2D Shooter

This is for my Coursera 2D shooter class. I made the following additions:

• Added a LifeUp PowerUp with both code and custom art
• Added a SpeedUp PowerUp with both code and custom art
• Added a SlowDown Debuff with both code and custom art
• Adjusted enemies on Levels 1-3
• Added a 4th level - The boss level!
  • You must beat LEVEL 3 to unlock!
• Added huge chaser boss. (Needs extra damage to take down)
• Added instructions to Main Menu
• Changed background art
